These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 33bnm ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 33bnm website located at 33bnm.net, including all casino games, sports betting markets, promotional offers, payment services, and related features made available through the platform. 3. Account Registration

The following rules apply to the registration and maintenance of a 33bnm account:

3.1 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. 3.2 One Account Per Player

• Currency: All deposits are received and credited in BDT. 33bnm does not charge a deposit fee; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Failed deposits: If a deposit is debited from your payment account but not reflected in your 33bnm balance within 30 minutes, contact support immediately with your transaction reference number.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• KYC requirement: All withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending submission and approval of required documents.
• Processing time: Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours. In some cases, additional review may extend this to 3 business days.
• Payment method matching: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and to protect player accounts.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds: Only funds that have satisfied the applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus funds that have not cleared wagering requirements will be removed from the withdrawal amount automatically.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 33bnm platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Creating or operating more than one account, whether under your own identity or under any fictitious, borrowed, or third-party identity.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing a person under the age of 18 to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to interact with or exploit the platform or its games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software, game, or security feature on the 33bnm platform.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform's software to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to report such issues to 33bnm support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in collusion with other players for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using the platform to launder money, process illegal payments, or engage in any financial crime.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means, including but not limited to stolen payment credentials, unauthorised mobile banking access, or identity theft.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 33bnm staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Using the platform in violation of any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction of residence.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

33bnm reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or other legally binding instruction requiring account closure.
• Player request for voluntary self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming tools.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, in which case 33bnm will attempt to notify the player before taking action.

8.1 Consequences of Closure

Upon permanent account closure for breach of these Terms, 33bnm reserves the right to void all pending bets, cancel all active bonuses, and withhold any balance pending the outcome of a formal investigation. Where no breach is found, any verified real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.

8.2 Voluntary Closure
